RLR has delivered excellent results in a variety of projects from remodels of existing buildings to completion of new ones; from rehabbing wells in high security areas, installation of anti-terrorism security measures to building catch cable arrester systems on runways.  All these projects required a high degree of technical expertise and construction precision. We both designed and completed these difficult projects to meet or exceed applicable building codes and owner expectations, while at the same time staying on or below schedule and budget.

 

RLR has completed several Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) projects at Nellis and Creech AFBs, mostly interior remodels and structural additions such as our work in Buildings 282, 1114, 200, 250 and 330. In all these buildings, we successfully met the high physical security standards of Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) 6/9 from DCI while incorporating input from agency users on needed building features such as ICD 503 and CTTA specs. Requirements typically included physical, auditory, visual, and electronic highly classified security.
